The check-in lobby was absolute mind blowing with the low counter that creates an inviting experience with the front desk agent. I have never seen such ambiance in a hotel lobby in all my years of travel. The front desk agent, Semih actually made us feel so welcome and like family. He even offered us Turkish tea & coffee while checking in. Another great perk, was the 24 hour restaurant!! It was good to know that we could take advantage of a meal in the middle of the night instead of walking outside.

We needed to book this last minute after an issue with another booking (booking.com still haven't rectified 🤬) Staff were helpful re hotel but not surrounding area. Food in restaurant was fine for 1 night as was the room but its clear this hotel is very new with many things not up and running yet so the price was a bit steep. Location wise was great and were at the airport in 15min but found our own transfer as hotels was also expensive. Fine for a night before a flight when a beds needed.

Nice spacious room + the staff provided a separate cot for our baby, there was a kettle +tea/coffee in the room, big TV, comfortable beds, terrace, a separate bath right in the room + shower. Big choice of food for breakfast ( including local specialities). The location was perfect for us because we needed a hotel close to the Airport.

Nice hotel where I had all what I needed for a short stay near Istanbul airport: a new and clean room, a very good shower, a comfortable bed, tasty coffee in Starbucks 24/hr in a hotel-lobby, good service, very friendly and caring personnel. So in total: a very good price-quality ratio. Special thanks to Sercan Dinler Front Office Supervisor for his high professional service.

We were there only for an evening . The actual restaurant did not seem to be open so we ate up in the lobby in a closed off area with tables and chairs. It smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no alcohol available as it is in a Muslim area .

internal environment slightly scary ,breakfast location and quality very ordinary....menu of breakfast less than ordinary

The facility was fairly modern and clean. Staff were super nice and would go out of their way to assist. The room was super clean with freah clean beddings. The toilet was huge and clean with lots of toiletries & new towels. Last but not least, the price was excellent!

Clean rooms with minimalistic interior design - absolutely love the design aesthetic Also, close to the airport- only 15-20 mins by taxi

İ stayed at this hotel över night to catch my flight next morning. The location is very convenient, personnel gizem , Yasin and atlas are very helpful and friendly, i had a minör problem with the sink drain, and got help very quickly and efficiently. Certainly, recomme d this hotel, quality of service and Price ratio is great
